A few months ago I never would have thought that I would be writing an Evernote review.

I mean…I had heard about it, read about it, even viewed videos about it. And every person that would talk about it had good things to say.

So, of course, I signed up for my own free account. But, that was it. I didn’t use it.

Heck…I didn’t even really know how to use it. I mean, why would I need to store notes online? I loved using the little sticky notes on my MacBook, I had tons of them on my desktop. I used Google Docs to keep lists and I would bookmark websites on my Chrome Browser. Certainly I didn’t need Evernote!

But, then one day I decided to log in to Evernote once again to “check it out”. Read More…

Recently some of my clients have asked me to create flash banners for their sites.

I like doing things the easy way so I googled “flash banner generator”.

A few sites came up, but nothing that I really liked. So I almost gave up on that and figured that I would just have to design them myself using Flash (uggh…more work).

After stumbling for a few hours, I came across Bannersnack (oh yeah!)

This is probably one of the ‘prettiest’ flash banner generator or flash banner creator tools that I have ever come across.

It’s super easy to use…and it’s free! (if you don’t mind having the Bannersnack logo showing).

Of course, if I were to use it for a client of mine, I wouldn’t want the Bannersnack logo to appear. You can do that by upgrading your account for like $9.

Their site is full of tutorials and examples of what you can do with their software. Check it out.

I created a banner of my own as you can see here…and it only took like 6 minutes. Let me know what you think.

It would be extremely arrogant on our part to insist that we can cover every aspect of web design.

We try our best.

So today we thought it would be a good idea to share some of the sites that we visited today with you.

We suggest bookmarking them and/or signing up for their RSS feed if you haven’t already.

If you would like to recommend a site that is not listed, please do so in the comments section.
